Open Door Productions, LLC is the production company of award-winning San Francisco-based Director/Producer Tom Shepard.

Currently screening at film festivals around the world, Tom’s latest film Unsettled follows the stories of refugees and asylum-seekers who flee persecution in their countries of origin to seek safer lives in the U.S. Unsettled is Directed/Produced by Tom Shepard, Produced by Jen Gilomen, and is a Co-Production with the Independent Television Service (ITVS) with funding from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
